i dont know in English..but maybe its the place you wash your dishes:)

May I have two guesses? 1) Speaker for musical equipment or 2) the ventilating outlet for your laptop.

Maybe the bung in your shower unit? (i hope i chose the right English words...)
Water either goes down or comes out of those circles... If water goes down, that makes it a draining device; The other way makes it a spraying device (eg. the shower thingy or a water fountain). I am not sure which one the item is though... more likely a drainage.
I thought something in the kitchen, the sink drainer?
It is quite clear if you look. The dark disc is chocolate, and it is placed where it is so that the ant trap will stop the ants stealing it.

You were obviously transported aboard the Starship Enterprise and this is a photograph of the air conditioning unit onboard the ship.
Or it might just be the air conditioning outlet from you house!!

hmmm this is a toughie - it looks like a sink but that circle soild thing above the drain throws me for a loop =P
it's either a showerhead (which you've turned upside-down) or a funky drainage hole in an equally funky bathroom.
